What happened

Sam Morgan wanted Pippin’s groom moved from Tuesday the 3rd at 11 to a Friday morning. JooVoice rang the groomer, said it was an AI assistant calling for Sam and that the call was recorded.

Friday the 6th at 9 looked possible with any groomer. Then Liam asked for Pippin’s current weight, which decides how long the appointment is and what it costs. JooVoice didn’t have it and left it for Sam rather than guess.

Without the weight, Liam couldn’t book or hold Friday. JooVoice left things as they were: the Tuesday groom stays booked, and Sam can ring or text the weight to look at Friday again.
