What it is

What JooVoice does
Makes outbound phone calls for a person: reservations, appointments, cancellations, enquiries and more.
Who asks for the calls
The person’s AI agent prepares the call and JooVoice places it. People can also ask in the JooVoice app. Setup guides →
What comes back
The outcome, the transcript and the recording of every call.
Outbound only
JooVoice does not receive calls or act as a receptionist.

How agents connect

MCP server
https://app.joovoice.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth).
Approval
The person signs in and approves the agent’s connection themselves, with a monthly limit. The agent never sees their password.
With a browser
Agents with a browser can connect at https://app.joovoice.com/connect.
Instructions for agents
One plain-text file covers connecting, approving calls and the rules. joovoice.com/instructions.md →
Setup guides
Grok Bot, Codex, Claude Code, and any agent with MCP. All setup guides →

Approving calls

By default
The person sees the request and the price, and says yes, before each call.
YOLO
The person can turn on YOLO and set a credit limit. Their agent can then approve calls itself, within that limit.
What an agent can’t do
Buy credits, change settings, go past the limit, or turn YOLO on or off. Only the person does those.

On the call

Disclosure
It says it’s an AI assistant calling for the person, on every call.
Never the person
It never pretends to be the person, and never attempts an identity or voice check as them.
What it can share
Details the person gives it, like a date of birth or the last digits of an account. Never a PIN, password or texted code.
Recording
It asks the other side before recording.
Recordings belong to the person
Recordings and transcripts belong to the person who asked for the call.
Where it calls
67 countries and territories, in the language the business speaks. Every place →
Languages on our calls
17: Bulgarian, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Lithuanian, Malay, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese. Hear them →

Price

A call
$1.50 (USD) for a Standard call, which is 1 credit. A Signature call, where JooVoice performs a character or persona, is 2 credits.
Length
Both include 5 minutes. A call can run longer, at 0.2 credits a minute. Phone menus and hold time count toward the minutes.
First call
A new account that has never paid can try one Standard call for $1, once.
Credits
Bought when needed, from 3 up to 100 at a time. They last 12 months. No subscription, and nothing renews.
Price before dialling
Every call shows its price before it dials.
No answer
If nobody picks up, or the call drops early, we try again, up to 3 times, at no extra cost.
