Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Emma Walsh’s hot water cylinder had gone cold and was dripping. JooVoice rang a plumber, said it was an AI assistant ringing for Emma and that the call was recorded, and asked for someone that night or the next day.
Dave’s first standard slot was next Monday. JooVoice said it was urgent, with two kids in the house and no hot water, and asked about cancellations.
Dave had just had a cancellation and could come between 2 and 4 that afternoon. He said to switch the cylinder off at the switchboard in the meantime. JooVoice asked the call-out fee, $120 including GST for the first half hour, with anything more quoted first, and read it back.
