Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Sam Morgan had a quote from a moving company in Austin for a one-bedroom move, and only one day that worked: Saturday, November 7th. JooVoice called with the quote number and said it was an AI assistant calling for Sam, with the call recorded.
Cody confirmed Saturday morning was open but couldn't hold it without a booking. JooVoice said the total had to land at $500 or under, all in. Cody put it at about $470, then said that was an estimate: if the job ran long, it would cost more.
JooVoice asked whether it could be capped at $500. Cody said a fixed price or binding cap needed a 15-minute remote inventory walk-through on video. JooVoice didn't book on an uncapped estimate. It took the numbers back to Sam to decide.
