Hear an AI get through a Birmingham garage menu and move a car service
Birmingham2:03
Get past a phone menu that changed
The options have changed, so it presses 3. Service moved to Friday at 2, no fee. The robotic menu voice is the business’s phone system, played by our test line. It isn’t JooVoice.
Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
JooVoice calls Bracken Motor Works, presses 3 for changes to an existing booking and holds for the service desk. It tells Gemma it wants to move a booking that’s in for Tuesday 3 November.
It says it’s an AI assistant calling for Alex Reed and that the call is recorded, then spells the booking reference. Gemma finds the full service on Tuesday at nine and offers Thursday morning.
JooVoice says it has to be after one and asks about Friday. Gemma has Friday at two. JooVoice checks there’s no extra charge, and Gemma confirms: Friday 6 November at 2 pm, no change fee, Tuesday’s slot released.
