Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Diana Whitcomb's white 2023 Volvo XC90 needed body work, paid by the other driver's insurer, Hudson Mutual, with liability accepted. JooVoice called a body shop in Brooklyn and said it was an AI assistant calling for the owner, with the call recorded.
Ralph wanted the claim details before giving any numbers. JooVoice gave the insurer and claim number. Ralph had the photos: $3,140 with factory parts, and any hidden damage goes to the insurer as a supplement, not to Diana.
The adjuster only comes Tuesdays and Thursdays, so the earliest drop-off was Thursday, October 15th at 8, with the car ready Wednesday the 21st after 3. The insurer covers $40 a day for a rental. JooVoice chose a small SUV, $15 a day more for Diana, and read the plan back.
