Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Mike Sullivan's rewards card had just charged its $95 annual fee, and he doesn't use the perks any more. JooVoice called the bank, gave the card's last four digits, said it was an AI assistant calling for him with the call recorded, and confirmed the billing zip code when asked.
It made the case: nine years with the card, paid in full every month. Patrice offered a $50 statement credit. JooVoice thanked her and asked for the whole $95.
She came back with a one-time $95 retention credit, posting within two billing cycles. JooVoice checked the amount and timing, asked for a confirmation number and read CB-R-558120 back.
