Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Sam Morgan's subscription to an online learning service went through twice for the same $29. JooVoice called the company's billing line, gave the account number and said it was an AI assistant calling for Sam, with the call recorded.
Maureen found both charges and confirmed the second one was a duplicate. JooVoice asked for that one to go back to the card it came off, not as a credit, and for the subscription to carry on unchanged.
She approved the $29 refund to the original payment method, three to five business days to settle, with the plan left active, and gave reference RF-290.
