Hear an AI book an oil change and a look at a clunk with a Pittsburgh garage

What happened

Mike Danko's 2019 Subaru Outback needed an oil change and had a clunk from the front right over bumps, worse in the cold. JooVoice called a garage in Pittsburgh with three possible 7:30 drop-off days, and said it was an AI assistant calling for the owner, with the call recorded.

Deb had Tuesday, October 13th at 7:30 as the soonest. The synthetic oil change was $89.95 and the front-end diagnostic $129, credited against any repair. There were no loaners and the shuttle didn't reach Southpointe, but it could go to Station Square.

JooVoice booked the Tuesday and read it back, including the one condition: nothing past the oil change without calling Mike with a price first. Deb confirmed it and said it would likely be done by 3.
