What happened

JooVoice calls Sandia Spine and Wellness to book a new patient adjustment on the morning of Tuesday 13 October. Lupe hears the 30th, then Thursday, before finding Tuesday the 13th: 9:15 or 11:30.

JooVoice takes 9:15 for Tyler Brennan, says it’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, and gives his number. Lupe reads the last four digits back as 0124, then 0412. JooVoice corrects them each time until she reads back 0142.
