What happened

Travis Beaumont was moving to Denver and wanted his gym membership to end with the current billing period. JooVoice gave his member number and zip code, and said it was an AI assistant calling for him and that the call was recorded.

Kayla confirmed the membership would end on October 31 with no further charges, then offered a freeze instead: $10 a month for up to six months, keeping his $39 rate for when he comes back.
