Hear an AI get a doctor’s appointment in October instead of March

What happened

Lauren Pickett needed her annual physical, and it had been a while. JooVoice called the practice, said it was her AI assistant and that the call was recorded, and gave her date of birth.

The first slot with her doctor was Monday, March 8. JooVoice said any doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant was fine, weekdays before 9 or after 3:30, this month or next, and asked for her right shoulder to be looked at in the same visit.

Trevor found Tuesday, October 27 at 3:45 with a physician assistant, with the shoulder checked at the physical. JooVoice also asked about same-day openings and got Lauren on Dr. Hammond’s cancellation list, with a call to her cell when a slot opens.
