What happened

Sam Morgan wanted two tickets for the Saturday show on 7 November at half seven. JooVoice phoned the box office.

Fiona offered C12 and C14, “close”. JooVoice said they needed to be right beside each other with a clear view, and said it was an AI assistant phoning for Sam and that the call was recorded. Fiona found D7 and D8 in the stalls, side by side, at £38 each.

JooVoice asked what the two came to all in, £76 including fees, and asked for them to be held for Sam to pay directly, with nothing to pay on the call. Fiona held them under Sam’s name until four o’clock, reference CP-778.
