Hear an AI cancel a gym membership in Glasgow, Scotland

What happened

Sam Morgan wanted a gym membership cancelled from the end of November. JooVoice rang the membership desk, said it was an AI assistant calling for Sam and that the call was recorded, and gave the membership number.

Before cancelling, Fraser offered to freeze the membership for three months instead. JooVoice thanked him and said no: Sam wanted it cancelled.

Fraser cancelled it with the last day on Monday 30 November, no cancellation fee and nothing taken in December. JooVoice read back the reference, MC 1130, and asked for written confirmation to the email on the account.
