Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Hannah Lindqvist-Park was having knee surgery and wanted her climbing gym membership frozen for three months from her next billing date, October 15. JooVoice said it was an AI assistant calling for her and that the call was recorded.
Kai needed a member number or date of birth to find the account, and JooVoice gave the date of birth Hannah had shared. Kai set the freeze from October 15 to January 14, with no fee because it was medical, as long as a doctor’s note arrived by email.
JooVoice asked for a reminder before billing restarts and an email confirmation, then read everything back: the dates, the waived fee, where the doctor’s note goes and by when, and billing restarting on January 15 at her founding rate.
