Hear an AI book a washing machine repair visit in Manchester

What happened

Alex Reed’s washing machine wouldn’t drain, and there was already a job open with the repair company. JooVoice rang to book a visit, gave the job number, and said it was an AI assistant calling for Alex and that the call was recorded.

Dean’s only Saturday slot was 7 November, 10 to 12. JooVoice took it and asked about cost: a £50 call-out including VAT, with labour and parts quoted separately. JooVoice asked for a note on the job that nothing gets repaired or replaced without Alex getting a quote first.

When Dean gave a reference that didn’t match the job number, JooVoice asked rather than guess. PA27 was the booking reference and M482 the job number. JooVoice read it all back.
