Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Tom Engstrom's 28-foot Sea Ray Sundancer needed hauling out and storing for the winter, before he leaves town on the 24th. JooVoice called his marina in Duluth, gave the slip number, and said it was an AI assistant calling for the owner, with the call recorded.
It asked for the haul-out, engine and water-system winterization, a Saturday morning so Tom could be there, and the season price for indoor and outdoor storage. Gail had one cold indoor spot left: $2,870 for the season, or $2,646 outdoors with shrink wrap, and Saturday the 17th at 9.
JooVoice took the indoor spot and asked for the price item by item. It read the plan back: haul-out on the 17th at 9, both winterizations, indoor storage, $2,870 by invoice with half down. Gail added to empty the food and leave the tank about seven-eighths full.
