Hear an AI book a garden waste pickup in Melbourne and get the full price

What happened

Sam Morgan had six bags of garden waste and twelve branches to get rid of. JooVoice called a collection service in Melbourne asking for Thursday the 5th of November, in the morning, and said it was an AI assistant calling for Sam, with the call recorded.

Troy offered 10 to 12 and quoted $78 for the bags. JooVoice gave the address and where everything was stacked, then asked what the branches would add, rather than booking on a partial price.

The branches came to $36 more, $114 all up including loading, disposal and GST. Troy booked it under reference GC511 and read the whole job back.
