What happened Sam Morgan had two bookings at a hotel in Mexico City for November and needed one cancelled. JooVoice called in Mexican Spanish, said it was an AI assistant calling for Sam and that the call was recorded, and asked to cancel one.
The hotel found both. JooVoice named the one to cancel, JN-402, and the one to keep, JN-401.
The hotel said JN-402, the one without breakfast, had no cancellation charge. JooVoice confirmed and asked them to go ahead. The hotel gave cancellation number CN-402 and confirmed JN-401, 6 to 8 November with breakfast, was unchanged. JooVoice read it back.
