Hear an AI get the steps to change a mailing address from a Nashville internet provider
United States1:45
Update a mailing address that needs a code
They want a code sent to Devon. It changes nothing and brings back how Devon can do it.
Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
JooVoice calls Cedar Internet to ask how to update the mailing address on Devon Park’s account. It says it’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, and gives the account number.
Brianna sends a one-time code to the phone on file. JooVoice doesn’t have it, says nothing is being changed and asks for the steps in general. Without the code she can’t open the account, but she explains: sign in online or in the app, then Account, Profile, Mailing Address, and save.
JooVoice asks about fees and timing. There’s no fee, and the change should show by the next billing cycle.
