Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Gene Kowalski's lisinopril refill, ordered through the app, wasn't showing ready. JooVoice called his pharmacy in Scottsdale, said it was an AI assistant calling for him with the call recorded, gave his date of birth, and asked why and when.
Rosa said it would be ready the next day, Friday, after 1pm, because of a stock shortage. JooVoice then asked to transfer his tamsulosin prescription from another pharmacy, gave the prescription number and his Medicare Part D details, and asked what generic and brand would cost on his insurance: $9 generic, $78 for the brand.
It went with the generic and asked for both to be ready together for one trip, any afternoon after 2. Rosa started the transfer, and JooVoice read it back: both ready Friday, October 9th, after 2, the $9 price as long as the prescription isn't brand only.
