Hear an AI get through a Philadelphia parcel menu and rebook a missed delivery
United States2:04
Get past a phone menu to rebook a parcel
Presses 2 for an agent, waits in the queue. Redelivery Friday 1 to 5, same address, no fee. The robotic menu voice is the business’s phone system, played by our test line. It isn’t JooVoice.
Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
JooVoice calls Alder Parcel support, presses two for an agent about a delivery and waits on hold. When the agent checks in, it asks to have a package redelivered after a missed attempt.
It gives the tracking number and the name, Sam Morgan, says it’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, and asks what happened. The driver couldn’t get into the building, so the parcel went back on the van.
The agent offers Friday 6 November, 1 to 5 pm. JooVoice checks it’s the same address and no extra fee. Both are confirmed, with reference RED-731.
