What happened

JooVoice calls Willow Hair Studio to move Jordan Ellis’s appointment from Friday 6 November. It gives the name, says it’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, then spells the booking reference.

It asks for Saturday 7 November at 11 am with any stylist. Kayla finds the booking, Friday at 4 with Mia, and says Mia has Saturday at 11 open.

JooVoice asks her to move it. The recording cuts off as Kayla starts to move the appointment.
