What happened

Han Seo-yeon wanted a cut and digital perm with one stylist in particular, Director Jisu, on Saturday 17 October at 2pm. JooVoice called the salon in Seoul in Korean and said it was an AI assistant helping with Seo-yeon's booking, with the call recorded.

Jisu was booked at 2. The salon offered a morning slot, or another stylist at that time. JooVoice said it only wanted Jisu and asked about other times, including weekday evenings after 6. That opened Thursday 15 October at 6:30pm.

JooVoice turned down the suggested hair treatment, booked the Thursday, and asked the price and how long it takes: ₩225,000 in total, about three hours, and a ₩30,000 deposit by text link, paid within 24 hours. It gave a number and read it all back.
