Hear an AI book an aircon chemical wash in Singapore and get the morning slot

What happened

Priya Nair's three Mitsubishi aircon units in her Bishan HDB flat had gone weak, and one smelled musty. JooVoice called an aircon company to book a chemical wash, not a normal service, and said it was an AI assistant calling for Priya, with the call recorded.

Jenny offered Saturday 24 October, 2 to 4 in the afternoon. JooVoice said the slot was okay, but Priya preferred the morning, and asked the price per unit. Jenny quoted $80 per unit before GST and found Team B free from 9 to 11.
