Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Linda Ortega’s storage payment had failed in October because her card expired, and a $25 late fee posted. JooVoice called the storage office, gave her name and unit, and said it was an AI assistant calling for her and that the call was recorded.
Rick said the fee posts automatically after the grace period and wasn’t really something he could remove. JooVoice asked one more time: four years of on-time payments, and this was only an expired card.
Rick checked, found no late payments in all that time, and waived the fee as a one-time courtesy, leaving $129 of rent. JooVoice read back the plan, and Rick corrected one detail: the payment is due by October 15, not that day, and autopay picks up again for November.
