Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Travis Boudreaux wanted four new tires on his truck on Saturday, October 10th, with Michelin Defenders as first pick and General Grabbers as backup. JooVoice called a tire shop, said it was an AI assistant calling for the owner, with the call recorded, and asked whether the prices were out the door.
Angie had only two Michelins in stock, with a full set not possible before Wednesday the 14th, and eight Generals on hand. Out the door, with installation, disposal and tax: $1,376.94 for the Michelins, $1,052.19 for the Generals.
JooVoice went with the Generals to keep the Saturday, took the 10:30 slot, gave the truck, the spelling of Travis's name and his number, and read it back. Angie added a 60,000-mile warranty and a reminder to bring the wheel lock key.
