What happened

Sam Morgan had a cleaning on Tuesday the 10th at 3 and wanted it moved to Friday, November 6, before 11 in the morning. JooVoice called the dental office, said it was an AI assistant calling for Sam and that the call was recorded, and gave the practice reference.
