Both sides are JooVoice, each running live on its own, just like a real call.
What happened
Hannah Whitworth's boiler had stopped the night before: no heating or hot water, an F28 fault code, and it locked out again after two resets. JooVoice rang her letting agent in Manchester, gave the flat's address, and said it was an AI assistant calling for the tenant, with the call recorded.
It gave the fault details and Hannah's mobile. Darren offered an engineer the next morning, Saturday, 8 to 12. Hannah would be at work 7 till 7, so JooVoice said she was happy for them to use the agency key, as long as someone from the agency went in with the engineer and texted her on arrival and departure.
Darren agreed: Shannon would let the engineer in with the spare key and stay, and text Hannah. The landlord covers it, reference CF3381. JooVoice read it back.
