How does the connection work?
Grok Bot connects to JooVoice’s MCP server (https://app.joovoice.com/mcp) with OAuth. You sign in to JooVoice and approve the connection yourself. Grok Bot never sees your password.
What does a call cost?
Calls are paid in credits at $1.50 each. A standard call is 1 credit and includes 5 minutes. Your first call is $1. There’s no subscription, and credits last 12 months.
What is YOLO?
A setting in JooVoice. With it on, Grok Bot can approve calls by itself, up to a credit limit you choose. With it off, it shows you each call and its price and waits for your yes. Only you can turn it on or change the limit.
Will it give my card details on the phone?
No. It doesn’t read out card details on a call. If a place wants a deposit, it gets the terms and you pay it yourself, like the deposit on this call.
What can’t it do?
It makes outbound calls only: it doesn’t answer calls or act as a receptionist. It won’t cold call or sell, and it won’t pretend to be you for an identity check. It can’t yet hold a line and patch you in when someone answers.
